HVAC Servicing Procedures

Focuses on the field servicing of residential and commercial HVAC equipment. Emphasis is placed on the 'hands-on' use of the service instruments and how to perform the service procedures, rather than on related theory or scientific principles. The field-proven servicing procedures described provide an invaluable resource for both the entry-level and experienced service technician. This is especially true when looking for alternative or up-to-date methods for performing a particular service task. Information encompasses all areas of service including the mechanical refrigeration system, electrical system, air distribution system, and reflects the current EPA requirements of Section 608 of the Clean Air Act.
